RiverDogs 1K Backward Run ::

The April Fools 1K Race BACKWARD (yes it will be walked or run backwards) is for the not-so-serious runners but for more serious have-funners! The course is .62 of a mile!!! The race begins in right field at The Joe and finishes at home plate.

From 9am-1pm campers ages 6-13 spend the day at the stadium and receive specialized instruction on Pitching, Hitting, Bunting, Fielding and Base Running from the New York Yankees of tomorrow. Trained professionals also work with each group on agilities and coordination for maximum performance.
Each camper receives a RiverDogs Camp T-Shirt, Goodie Bag, Hot Dogs & Chips. The cost is $150 for three days.

Kindness Beats Blindness Auction ::

Proceeds benefit the Storm Eye Institute and its efforts to aid research in finding a cure for Retinitis Pigmintosa. Game-worn player caps will be up for bid along with a wide variety of autographed sports memorabilia, art, jewelry, books, Charleston experiences and much more. The silent auction begins at 6:00pm.
The live auction beings immediately following the game. Items range from N.Y. Yankee’s box seat tickets to dinner prepared for you in your home by top chefs.

8th Annual Ballpark Festival of Beers ::

The RiverDogs will host its 8th Annual "Ballpark Festival of Beers" on Saturday, September 25th from 7-10pm. The event will again encompass the ENTIRE OUTFIELD at The Joe.
This premier event is sampling of over 100 American specialty brews. There will be a wide variety of malt berverages, wine and liquor available as well. Come enjoy beer, food, live entertainment and fun. 21 years and older allowed ONLY.
